Sharp Business Systems UK work very closely with Nissin (UK) LTD) as 3PL, but we recently onboarded to the New Line platform that was developed for Nissin. During the development, New Line were there every step of the way and able to provide solutions for each query we had. We were able to add further features into the system, to allow future development opportunities internally.
Our business and teams can now login remotely to the WMS and have clear visibility on everything our 3PL can see, reducing our email traffic and prompting better stock management disciplines. Furthermore, having all our couriers and systems connected via API, we are getting better results not only on pick accuracy but delivery accuracy, allowing us to measure OTIF more freely.
It has been a pleasure working with New Line, who can certainly provide good tools for all businesses.
